1. One-year warranty covers motors, batteries, controllers and instruments. Wearing parts are not guaranteed. (If consumable parts are broken due to manual operation, fees will be charged for repair). If any of the above warranty parts break during the warranty period, we will send replacement parts by express for free, and the customer shall cooperate in taking photos and videos for confirmation.
2. For unreasonable returns (no quality issues) after delivery, the buyer shall bear the return shipping fee, repacking fee and labor cost (restocking fee).
3. If the customer finds damage after signing for receipt: For minor issues, we will send parts by express for free; for major issues, the product must be sent back to our designated repair location, and we will try our best to avoid customer returns. Returns require us to provide a return label and must be sent to the designated repair location.

4. If the product is damaged due to user use after delivery, express fee and accessory fee will be charged for repair, and the return address will be provided and confirmed by us.
